a new arm snugly

Last week our little girl fell off the bed, like most kids do. I picked her up and held her until she calmed down and didn't think to much more about it until I put her in bed. She started crying and said her neck was burning like a fire, it hurt that bad. I told her daddy would come look. A bit later I hear both the girls freaking out and we run up to see what was going on. She was really scared because she couldn't move to get out of bed to go potty. That made us worry that her collar bone might be broken so her daddy took her in. Sure enough it was. the Dr was pushing on it and asking if it hurt, she said no but mike noticed she was flinching a bit so they took an x-ray. When the Dr saw it she felt so bad for pushing so hard Jane said she was trying to be brave it really did hurt. Now she has this cute sling she has to ware for 3-4 weeks, she told me that was what she always wanted, a snugly blanket for her arm and seems to be excited about it. Who knew that little fall could hurt so bad.

It's about time

I know, I know its about time we updated. Life has been crazy and blogging has been the last thing on the list and time flys when your working hard. We have been working on the yard, house projects, school and a teething baby. Our little one is not so little, she sits up like a pro and has started bum scooting. She has four teeth and is working on at lest two more. My goal is to get her into a nap schedule. She mostly likes to be held right now and we have discovered that I might be better one handed then two. Shara is finishing up kindergarten this week, I can't believe how fast this school year has gone. Mike is busy making big decisions with the business all the time, life is never boring and I guess that's good. We have a fun trip planned to Vegas and California to see friends and family, the girls keep asking when they can start packing. We can't wait for the weather to stay warm, you never know what you are going to get lately. I hope to post plenty this summer but no promises.
